Welcome to V2 Travel and Tours. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to all bookings made through our agency.


1. General Policy

All cancellations and refunds are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective airline, hotel, tour operator, or service provider. V2 Travel and Tours acts as an intermediary and does not control supplier policies.


2. Flight Bookings

  • Most promotional and discounted fares are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Rebooking or date changes may be allowed subject to airline rules and applicable fees.

  • Airline penalties, fare differences, and service charges will apply.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to airline timelines and may take 4–12 weeks or longer.


3. Hotel Reservations

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the hotel and rate selected.

  • Some bookings may allow free cancellation before a specified deadline.

  • Non-refundable hotel bookings cannot be refunded once confirmed.

  • Refund processing time depends on the hotel or booking provider.


4. Tour Packages

  • Cancellation fees depend on the tour operator’s policy.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable.

  • Partial refunds may apply depending on the cancellation date.

  • Last-minute cancellations may result in 100% cancellation charges.


5. Visa Assistance Fees

  • Visa assistance service fees are non-refundable, regardless of visa approval or denial.

  • Embassy or consulate fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the issuing authority.

  • Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the embassy.


6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Refund timelines depend on third-party providers.

  • Bank or payment gateway processing fees may be deducted.

  • V2 Travel and Tours service fees may be non-refundable.


7. No-Show Policy

Failure to appear for a flight, hotel check-in, tour, or scheduled service without prior notice may result in full forfeiture of payment.


8. Force Majeure

V2 Travel and Tours is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government travel restrictions

  • Airline operational changes

  • Pandemics

  • Other events beyond our control

Refunds or credits will depend solely on the supplier’s policy.
